I’ve created new habits time blocking my day, taking my medicine and supplements daily, my frame of communication when setting boundaries and talking to people. I’ve definitely noticed that my ptsd has gone down significantly to pretty much zero, and I’ve been so much better in talking to people and understanding and giving social cues. I eliminated a lot of my intrusive thoughts. ….it’s helped me be able to reorganize my brain and my life and have an outside perspective offer a relief to how overwhelming my thoughts can be, and it just gave me a lot of tools to fix my life and rewire my brain
